Latex and Latex Compounds

  • Precoat

Description: Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, filled or not filled with calciumcarbonate.

Application: Primer coat to anchor the thread of tufted and needle carpets. The hardness of the touch of carpets and other textile materials is clearcut by the precoat.

  • Secondary Backing

Description: Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, filled or not filled with calciumcarbonate.

Application: Secundary coating to anchor the thread of tufted and needle carpets.

  • Self-Gel Foam

Description: ​​Compounds based on a mixture of natural latex with latex based on styrene-butadiene, filled or not filled with calciumcarbonate. It is necessary the use of a vulcanizing agent. Engraving accepted without addition of a gelling agent. Using infrareds the product solidifies.

Application: These compounds have water resistance and superior mechanical qualities. Before vulcanization it is possible to compress the foam layer to give emboss to the structure.

  • Non-Gel Foam

Description: ​​Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, filled or not filled with calciumcarbonate, do not require gelling agent. The vulcanization occurs with the addition of a vulcanizing agent.

​Application:  Increased durability of the rugs/carpets. Finishing more refined. Assimilation of impact.

  • Sodium Silicofluoride Gel Foam

Description: ​Compounds based on a mixture of natural latex with latex based on styrene-butadiene, filled or not filled with inert filler. It is necessary to use a vulcanizing agent. Applying a gelling agent and using infra-reds the product solidifies.

​Application: ​The water resistance and superior mechanical qualities lead to that these compounds are often used in carpets for stairwells and rugs in hospitals. Before vulcanization it is possible to compress the foam layer to give emboss to the structure.​

  • Ammonium Acetate Gel Foam

Description: ​Compounds based on a mixture of natural latex with latex based on styrene-butadiene or just latex based on styrene-butadiene, filled or not filled with calciumcarbonate. It is necessary the use of a vulcanizing agent. Applying a gelling agent and using infra-reds the product solidifies.

​Application: These compounds have water resistance and superior mechanical qualities. Before vulcanization it is possible to compress the foam layer to give raised emboss.

  • Grassbacking Compounds

Description: ​Water resistant compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, filled or not filled with calciumcarbonate.

Application: Bonding coat to the strips of synthetic grass, with high water resistance.

  • Aqueous Polyurethane Compound for Grassbacking

Description: Compounds based on aliphatic polyurethane aqueous dispersions.

​Application: Specially developed for grassbacking which require high abrasion resistance and high flexibility. Do not turn yellow and are resistant to saponification.

  • Mattress Industry Compounds

Description: Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex.

​Application: Specially developed for foams and textiles impregnation.

  • Rubber Crumb Agglomeration

Description: ​Compounds based on carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, when added rubber crumb it enables the agglomeration of the same.

​Application: Anti-slip mats for automobiles and sports flooring.

  • Automotive Compounds

Description: ​Compounds based on carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, with Compostos à base de látex de estireno-butadieno carboxilado, available in various hardnesses, for thermoformables.

​Application: Mats and textiles for automobiles.

  • Flame Retardant Compounds

Description: ​Flame retardant latex compounds, compliant with numerous regulations.

​Application: Coating of tapestry, textiles and others.

  • Anti-static Compounds

Description: ​Antistatic latex compounds, compliant with the standards EN 100015/1 and EN 1081.

Description: Compounds based on zinc oxides, accelerators and antioxidants, specially suitable as vulcanizing dispersions.
