natural latex

Description: Natural latex is a milky substance that comes from various plants, namely the rubber tree. Through long-standing relationships with some of the world's leading latex extractors, we are able to offer a high quality product.

 

​Application: Latex's exceptional physical properties mean that it has an infinite number of applications, including in the paper, cork and footwear industries, among others.

primary backing 

Description: Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, whether or not filled with calcium carbonate.

 

​Application: Secondary backing for anchoring the threads of tufted and needlepunched carpets.

Description: Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, whether or not filled with calcium carbonate.

​Application: Secondary backing for anchoring the threads of tufted and needlepunched carpets.

self-gel foam

Description: Compounds based on a mixture of natural latex and styrene-butadiene latex, filled or unfilled with calcium carbonate. The use of vulcanizing agent is required. Accepts embossing without the addition of a gelling agent. Using infrared, the product solidifies.

 

​Application: These compounds have superior water resistance and mechanical qualities. Before vulcanisation, it is possible to compress the foam layer to give relief to the structure.

non-gel foam

Description: Compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, whether or not filled with calcium carbonate, which do not require a gelling agent. Vulcanisation occurs with the addition of a vulcanising agent.

 

​Application: Increased durability of carpets/carpets. More refined finish. Shock assimilation.

silicofluoride gel foam

Description: Compounds based on a mixture of natural latex and styrene-butadiene based latex, filled or unfilled with an inert filler. The use of a vulcanizing agent is required. By applying a gelling agent and using infrared, the product solidifies.

 

​Application: Their water resistance and superior mechanical qualities mean that these compounds are often used in stair carpets and hospital carpets. Before vulcanisation it is possible to compress the foam layer to give relief to the structure.

ammonium acetate gel foam

Description: Compounds based on a blend of natural latex with styrene-butadiene latex or styrene-butadiene latex only, filled or unfilled with calcium carbonate. The use of a vulcanising agent is required. By applying a gelling agent and using infrared, the product solidifies.

synthetic grass pitches

Description: Water-resistant compounds based on styrene-butadiene latex, filled or unfilled with calcium carbonate.

 

​Application: Connection coating for synthetic grass strips, with high water resistance.

synthetic grass backing

Description: Compounds based on aqueous dispersions of aliphatic polyurethanes.

 

​Application: Specially developed for coating synthetic turf that requires high abrasion resistance and high flexibility. They do not yellow and are resistant to saponification.

mattress compounds

Description: Styrene-butadiene latex based compounds.

 

​Application: Specially developed for impregnating foams and textiles.

granule agglomeration

Description: Compounds based on carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex that when added to the rubber granulate enables its agglomeration.

 

​Application: Anti-slip mats for cars and sports surfaces.

cork agglomeration

Description: ​​​​​​Compounds based on carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, which when added to cork allows it to agglomerate.

 

​Application: Various applications, including the footwear sector, cork stoppers, among others.

automotive compounds

Description: ​​​​​​Compounds based on carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex, of various hardnesses, for thermoforming.

fireproof compounds

Description: ​​​​​Fireproof latex compounds, complying with various standards.

 

​Application: Coating of upholstery, textiles and others.

antistatic compounds

Description: ​​​​Anti-static latex compounds, complying with EN 100015/1 and EN 1081.

vulcanization pastes

Function: ​​Additive.

 

Description: Compounds based on zinc oxides, accelerators and antioxidants, especially suitable as vulcanising dispersions.

vulcanization accelerators
